The prefeeder for bottom print orientation receive a stack and devide it into suitable blocks and pushes each block into an extendo conveyor.The blanks are squarely tamped from the sides on bundle lift by centering pusher and also tamped from side and back tamper before bundle enter into the printing machine and diecutter machine. The size of prefeeder is variable depending on customer requirements. Especially, this prefeeder have the independent Block Staging Zone called additional extendo conveyor for greatly reduced cycle time when changing stacks.
