Robotic Load Former for the Tissue Industry

1. This arrangement is designed to handle tissue rolls wrapped together.



2. The clamp device moves either single or double bundles, complete of tie sheet device.



3. The rolls arrive on conveyor and are positioned on the centering device prior to clamping.





4. The standard system permits from 1 to 12 rolls per layer.



5. The operator has at his disposal a graphic interface with the system, with the possibility to set the parameters of job and to visualize diagnostic messages.
